The beginnings of mixed fried rice in India.
Fried rice is a Chinese dish, but its Indian counterpart has its own twists and flavors.. Mixed fried rice is a creation of Indian cuisine due to the fusion of global cuisines.. It is believed that the Chinese community in Kolkata brought it to India and created the Indian and Chinese flavors.
Indian Mixed Fried Rice has some ingredients.
1. Basmati Rice is known for its fragrant aroma and long grains.. It adds to the appeal of the dish.
2. Vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, beans, peas, and cabbage are essential in mixed fried rice.. They add a delicious crunch and appearance to the dish.

4. Add the cooked basmati rice to the vegetable mixture.. Carefully toss everything together, making sure that the rice is evenly coated with the flavors and colors of the vegetables and spices.. Allow the flavors to meld together for a few more minutes.
5. Add fresh chopped Coriander leaves, spring onions, or fried onions to the mixed fried rice and serve it with a salad.
